Calibre operates with .AZW3 files. Other Calibre supported file formats besides .AZW3 are .AZW4, .BOOK, .CBC, .CBR, .CBZ, .CHM, .DJV, .DJVU, .DOC, .DOCX, .FB2, .HTM, .HTML, .HTMLZ, .IBA, .KFX, .LIT, .LRF, .LRS, .LRX, .MARKDOWN, .MOBI, .NCX, .ODT, .OPF, .OXPS, .PDB, .PDF, .PDR, .PML, .POBI, .PRC, .RAR, .RTF, .SNB, .TCR, .TEXT, .TPZ, .TXT, .XHTML, .XPS, .ZIP, .AZW, .AZW1, .AZW2, .CALIBRE, .PMLZ.
There are two ways of opening .AZW3 files with Calibre:
- By double-clicking on .AZW3 file (or any other supported file) with left click mouse button. If Calibre is properly installed on your computer, the file will open successfully.
- By opening .AZW3 through the Calibre menu. The menu button can be found on Calibre dashboard.
