Snap! is a Educational tool. You can open it on Windows, Mac, and Linux. Snap! for Windows, Mac, and Linux can be found on respective stores.

Snap! operates with .JAR files. Other Snap! supported filename extensions besides .JAR are .SB2, .SPRITE, .YSP, .MP3, .OGG, .SB, .SCRATCH, .WAV, .YPR.

There are two ways of opening .JAR files with Snap!:

1. You can double-click on .JAR file (or any other supported file) with left click mouse button. If Snap! is properly installed on your computer, the file will open successfully.
2. By opening .JAR through the Snap! menu. To open the menu, launch Snap!, find the menu button and follow the instructions.
