Celestia overview

Celestia is a Educational tool. You can open it on Windows, Mac, and Linux. Celestia for Windows, Mac, and Linux can be found on respective sources.

Celestia supported file formats include .CEL and other formats of similar type. Other Celestia supported file formats besides .CEL are .CFG, .CMOD, .DSC, .FP, .SSC, .STC, .TXF, .VP, .XYZ, .XYZV.

You can open .CEL and other files with Celestia in two ways:

1. You can double-click on .CEL file (or any other file of supported format) with left click mouse button. If you have installed Celestia on your Windows or Mac, the file will open successfully.
2. By opening .CEL from the Celestia menu. To open the menu, launch Celestia, find the menu button and follow the instructions.
