There are two ways of opening .SUBLIME-BUILD files with Sublime Text:

1. By double-clicking on .SUBLIME-BUILD file (or any other supported file) with left click mouse button. If you have installed Sublime Text on your Windows or Mac, the file will open successfully.
2. By opening .SUBLIME-BUILD through the Sublime Text menu. To open the menu, launch Sublime Text, find the menu button and follow the instructions.
