  1. You can double-click on .CSV file (or any other supported file) with left click mouse button. If you have installed Microsoft Works on your Windows, the file will open successfully.
  2. By opening .CSV from the Microsoft Works menu. The menu button can be found on Microsoft Works dashboard.
