Google Earth overview

Google Earth is a Scientific program. You can open it on Windows, Mac, and Linux. Google Earth for Windows, Mac, and Linux can be found on respective sources.

Google Earth is mainly used for working with .GPX files. Other Google Earth supported file formats besides .GPX are .KML, .KMZ, .ETA.

There are two ways of opening .GPX files with Google Earth:

1. By double-clicking on .GPX file (or any other file of supported format) with left click mouse button. If Google Earth is properly installed on your computer, the file will open successfully.
2. You can open .GPX file through the Google Earth menu. The menu button can be found on Google Earth dashboard.
