You can open .A and other files with MacVim in two ways:

1. You can double-click on .A file (or any other supported file) with left click mouse button. If MacVim is properly installed on your computer, the file will open successfully.
2. By opening .A through the MacVim menu. To open the menu, launch MacVim, find the menu button and follow the instructions.
