There are two ways of opening .CFG files with Microsoft Notepad:

1. You can double-click on .CFG file (or any other file of supported format) with left click mouse button. If you have installed Microsoft Notepad on your Windows, the file will open successfully.
2. By opening .CFG from the Microsoft Notepad menu. To open the menu, launch Microsoft Notepad, find the menu button and follow the instructions.
