gEDA is a Productivity program. It is available on various platforms, including Mac, and Linux. gEDA for Mac, and Linux can be found on official stores.
gEDA operates with .GBL files. Other gEDA supported filename extensions besides .GBL are .GBO, .GBP, .GBR, .GBS, .GML, .GPI, .GTL, .GTO, .GTP, .GTS, .SYM.
You can open .GBL and other files with gEDA in two ways:
- You can double-click on .GBL file (or any other file of supported format) with left click mouse button. If you have installed gEDA on your Mac or Linux, the file will open successfully.
- You can open .GBL file through the gEDA menu. To open the menu, launch gEDA, find the menu button and follow the instructions.
