Irrlicht overview

Irrlicht is an Graphics program. You can open it on Windows, Mac, and Linux. Irrlicht for Windows, Mac, and Linux can be found on respective sources.

Irrlicht operates with .3DS files. Other Irrlicht supported filename extensions besides .3DS are .B3D, .BMP, .BSP, .DAE, .IRRMESH, .JPG, .MD2, .MS3D, .OBJ, .PCX, .PNG, .PSD, .TGA.

You can open .3DS and other files with Irrlicht in two ways:

1. By double-clicking on .3DS file (or any other file of supported format) with left click mouse button. If you have installed Irrlicht on your Windows or Mac, the file will open successfully.
2. By opening .3DS from the Irrlicht menu. The menu button can be found on Irrlicht dashboard.
