Google Earth overview
Google Earth is a Scientific program. You can open it on Windows, Mac, and Linux. Google Earth for Windows, Mac, and Linux can be found on respective stores.
Google Earth supported file formats include .GPX and other formats of similar type. Other Google Earth supported filename extensions besides .GPX are .KML, .KMZ, .ETA.
You can open .GPX and other files with Google Earth in two ways:
- You can double-click on .GPX file (or any other supported file) with left click mouse button. If Google Earth is properly installed on your computer, the file will open successfully.
- You can open .GPX file through the Google Earth menu. To open the menu, launch Google Earth, find the menu button and follow the instructions.
