Google Earth overview
Google Earth is a Scientific tool. You can open it on Windows, Mac, and Linux. Google Earth for Windows, Mac, and Linux can be found on official sources.
Google Earth is mainly used for working with .GPX files. Other Google Earth supported file formats besides .GPX are .KML, .KMZ, .ETA.
You can open .GPX and other files with Google Earth in two ways:
- By double-clicking on .GPX file (or any other file of supported format) with left click mouse button. If you have installed Google Earth on your Windows or Mac, the file will open successfully.
- By opening .GPX from the Google Earth menu. To open the menu, launch Google Earth, find the menu button and follow the instructions.
